100 % PENEDÈS
Penedès is synonymous with cava.
Agustí Torelló Mata only makes cava with grapes from the oldest vines and from local Penedès varieties with the experience and wisdom of the vine workers and with the love, passion and respect that a team and a family rooted in Penedès has for the land. 

100 % LOCAL VARIETIES
We are faithful to our local grapes: our wines are made from Macabeu, Xarel•lo and Parellada.
Keeping faith with these varieties is not an oenological whim. Cavas that are 100 % Penedès and made entirely from our local grapes are wines du terroir and therefore unique in the world.

100 % VINIFIED AT THE ESTATE
We carry out the vinification of the wine base from which we produce our cavas. And this is where the oenologist carries out their primordial role, using technique, intuition constant management and living with the day-by-day evolution of the must in order to prepare and make the wine. There are essential factors in creating a good coupage. 

100 % RESERVA AND GRAN RESERVA
We only produce Reservas and Gran Reservas, which means they are aged for a long time. Only with great patience and in optimum conditions is it possible to produce the miracle that is, year after year, Agustí Torelló Mata.
